1. What's Blog?
Blogs are one of the web application in the form of writings commonly referred to as the post on a web page. The writings are often sorted from the latest and followed by a long time.
At first, the blog was created as a personal records are stored online, but now, a blog was very varied. There is a tutorial, vent, businesses and others. In general, the blog is no different to sites on the Internet.
2. How to create a blog on blogspot
One of the popular provider of free blog is blogspot or blogger, in which when the register is via the website www.blogger.com. But the domain name you will get is a sub-domain of Blogger, for example: contoh.blogspot.com
Why should create a blog at www.blogger.com is not on any other blog site providers? Actually there is no necessity to create a blog on blogger, but there are many advantages of bloggers in the appeal with other blog providers. Some examples of excess blogspot in another appeal that is simple in operation making it suitable for beginners, more flexibility in changing and editing your blog template so that thethe display will be more fresh because the creation itself ,you can change the name of your blog with your own domain name eg contoh.blogspot . com on the change becomes contoh.com, while still using blogspot hosting and still remain free.
Create Email
Of the requirements that must be met in a blog is that you have an email address that is still active or in use. If you do not already have an email address, please list first at www.gmail.com, because the blogger is one of Google's service when you sign in to blogger you should use a gmail email.
Sign in Blogger Blog
1. Go to site http://www.blogger.com
2. After the registration page is open, turn your attention to the upper right, change the language to Indonesia to be more easily understood. Please direct login using your gmail username and password (email account you can to log into blogger). 
3. Click the button marked Create YOUR BLOG.
4. Fill in the name of the blog title and blog address that you want. Remember! in making the blog address have to be really serious because it can not be permanently replaced again (unless later replace with a custom domain). If the desired address could not be used, re-enter another address that is still available. If desired blog address is still available, please click on the arrow labeled CONTINUE. 
5. Please select the template that you like (this template will be changed again whenever you want), then click CONTINUE.
6. There will be writing "Your Blog It's So!". Please proceed with the click of a button started blogging.
7. Once inside the post editor, please fill in anything (recommended to fill the posts, usually if not directly posts will be netted robot blogger's anti-spam, and your blog will be in lock). Example: hi it's me. Click the Preview button to see the look that would later appear on the blog, click the Publish button ENTRY if your post will be published to the public.
8. Click "View Entries" to see your blog. Here is a sample blog that you have made.

Quality of Life
One simple way to review whether our bodies grow normally or not, the quality of our lives or not, is to: record we age, our body weight weigh and measure our height in the hospital or health center, and then compare with a chart that had been prepared by experts of nutrition / health.
If we are only so many body weight kg and height we are only so many centimeters, and age we have so many months, then we will be classified as human beings who grow normally, less normal, or sick. This method is very suitable for when we were toddlers.
The graph for the baby's life had been prepared and widely used as a reference by many people. But the graphics are ideal for quality of life for adults, provided it was not common people.
Once we are adults, the factors that determine the quality of our lives become multiply. Age, body weight and height alone is no longer adequate to detect whether the quality of our lives or not.
Apparently, factors such as the following necessary and must be considered also if we want quality of life:
- The condition of our relationship with God
- Household harmony
- Types of businesses / jobs
- Neighborhood
- The number of family
- Total assets
- The amount of savings
- Physical health
- Spiritual health
- Number of hours of sleep each day
- Pattern and type of food
- The size of the life expectancy
- Level of education
- The rank or position
- Often stressed or not
- The frequency of gathering with relatives
- Time for hobbies
- Etc.
Of the many factors above, which one do you think most determine the quality of your life?
If I were asked, I probably would choose the two major factors, namely (a) education and (b) a business that can provide large and permanent income. Why are the two that I selected? Because with these two things, I believe, almost all other factors can I fix it and I won.
Based on this, I thought it would be nice if we also have a graphics model that can describe the relationship between age and income level, age with the number of friends, age with the hope of life and beyond.
In my opinion, quality of life would we have if we can get these things as soon as possible, as early as possible:
1. Have a nice and beautiful relationship with God.
2. Having financial freedom.
3. Have the freedom of time to enjoy life in a positive sense.
4. Has many positive friends.
5. Physically and mentally healthy.
6. Always a big hopeless.
7. Free from fear and worry.
8. Very useful for others.
9. Can smile all the time or live happily.
